his work is the result of a personal and inner journey.

I believe that the transformations we seek in our lives happen regardless of our will, or, despite it, when we are prepared to receive them.

The opportunity for us to grow will never come from controlling people or things, but from our reactions to these events.

The 21 watercolors that make up this work and the Mandala that brings them together materialize my experience, this walk. They were created during my Post-Graduation in Art Therapy, which coincided with the period of the Covid-19 Pandemic, a tragic and sad moment for all of humanity, but a great opportunity to look inside and question.

With this spirit, I symbolized in these paintings my searches, my origins, my seed in the world, not in a carnal way of descent and ascendancy, but of transcendence.

his work, composed of 9 Watercolors and their meeting in a Mandalla, is the continuation of the previous journey, Individuation and Archetypal Numerology by Pitágoras, it is the transposition of my learnings to a culture closer to me and to my Brazil, derived from the culture brought by the Yoruba peoples, during their forced immigration to the country from Africa.

Candomblé, where deities personify forces of nature, the Orixas, dual forces that are part of us humans. The Orixás are not Saints, they are divine allegories that contain the two human forces, positive and negative, and through this they allow us to reflect on our own forces and the use we give them. What did we come here to do? Where we came from? Where do we go from here? Life its beginning, end and hope in the possibility of a new beginning: Oxalá, Oxumaré, Ogun, Nanã, Xangô, Omulú, Oxóssi, Yemanjá and Exú, seven forces of nature.
